Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Generally, it will take 1-2 business days days for the order to be fulfilled. After that it should arrive  UPS in 2-3 business days on the east coast, or 4-6 on the west coast. Some rural areas will also see an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. There is also a shipping option for overnight and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Q: What days do you work?

A: One of us are usually available to answer questions on Facebook or emails any days. We work Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm EST most days. Orders placed before 12pm EST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on a Friday, or over the weekend will not ship until Monday.

Q: What should I do if my order never arrived?

A: If your order shows that it was delivered and you do not have it or it is lost by the carrier, we have to wait for the carrier to do their investigation. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.  We will not be held responsible if the carrier loses it, the package is stolen, or the address entered was incorrect.  If you would like to reorder your item(s) while you wait, if/when the original order shows up you can return it for a refund.  

Q: Can I return an item?

A: We can only accept returns on unused items. If for some reason there is an issue with a product, please contact us and explain the issue, and include photos if possible. 

Q: I forgot something on my order, can I add it on?

A: Yes. Message us and let us know, and we will tell you what to do.

Q: Something is missing from my order.

A: Accidents happen. Email us, or message use a picture of your packing slip and tell us what is missing. We will get it sorted out for you ASAP.

Q: How do I put this clutch together?

A: If you search Five Three Titanium on YouTube we have a short and more in-depth video showing how to set everything up. The most confusion part for most people  is that our drive hub and bearing race are two seperate pieces rather than one as on the Bully clutches. Our bearing race simply gets your thrust washers and bearings and get and slip inside your drive gear.

Q: How do I become a dealer?

A: Becoming a dealer depends on a couple of thing. Firstly, your location in relation to our other dealers. After that, we would like to know more about your business, and what services you offer, products you currently sell, and what products of ours you would be interested in. If you are interested in getting more information about becoming a dealer, reach out to us and let us know about the above information.

Q: Do you have/ are you making 5/16 hubs?

A: We have rear hubs and plan to have front hubs before the end of 2025.

Q: Can you add my logo to my parts/ can you send me unbranded parts?

A: Generally, any parts that are pictured with a logo cannot be sold without our logo.  We do offer customer clutch baskets designed through Flux Innovations. If you want a simple name or number, or have art you can provide in vector it is $19.95. If we need to trace an image or design a logo it is $45.95. Email Kyle@Flux-Innovations.com. Custom laser etching on other parts is available if a minimum quantity is met (usually 10 parts). 

Q: Can you make custom parts?

A: We can make one off parts as long as we have the capacity and time to do so. If you have the CAD file, that is prefect. If not, we can draw a part as long as it is brand new. Cost will vary, and you will need to reach out to Scott directly to discuss with him. 

Q: Do you give out sponsorships?

A: In some cases we may be willing to sponsor a team or driver. Our sponsorship window is November and December. Email or mail a letter to Scott. Make sure to include what type of cars you drive, what your plans for the upcoming season are, your accomplishments, your social media, and what you would be looking for from us. Sell us on it. We are racers too!
